Cancellation/ No-Show Policy
FULL PAYMENT of service scheduled is required before booking any following appointments for:
- No show/ missed appointment
- (2) No show instances will result in client no longer able to receive ANY services in the future
HALF PAYMENT of service scheduled is required before booking any following appointments for:
- Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment
